Cornford House has recently been completely re-built offering larger than average rooms all with ensuite facilities and extensive communal lounges and dining rooms. The home offers 76 places to include nursing care for frail elderley residents and a unit for residents with dementia type illnesses. In addition the home now offers Care Suites, an innovation where prospective clients can buy a suite on a long term lease whilst being able to take advantage of any or all of the services provided at the care home.
