The new Rodwell House is a brand new development from the Graham Care Group which is to replace the old facility ‘Rodwell Farm’ which could no longer be maintain as viable and sustainable. The new design incorporates contemporary standards and requirements and with modern facilities to care for elderly people requiring specialist nursing and dementia care.
The new Hazeldene House is a brand new development from the Graham Care Group which is to replace the old facility ‘The Priory Care Home’ which could no longer be maintained as viable and sustainable, even in the short term. The new design incorporates contemporary standards and requirements and with modern facilities to care for elderly people requiring specialist nursing and dementia care.
The home is made up of four separate units and provides specialist nursing care for older people with dementia type illnesses and working age adults with mental health issues under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
Hawkinge House is a new home to be opened by The Graham Care Group in 2011. A beautiful modern home on the outskirts of Folkestone.
Cornford House Nursing Home has recently been completely re-built offering larger than average rooms all with ensuite facilities and extensive communal lounges and dining rooms. The home offers 76 places to include nursing care for frail elderly residents and a unit for residents with dementia type illnesses.
Hawkinge House Phase 2
Phase 1 of Hawkinge House was completed in 2011 and consists of 90 care suites, central core and day centre. The state of the art scheme has proven to be an outstanding success and hugely popular with residents and staff. Phase 2 consists of a further 92 suites which is attached to the existing central core.
The new Hawkhurst Care Home has been designed to develop Graham Care’s unique concept of care suites and flexible accommodation within a group living environment. The new home will be constructed according to the latest standards and requirements, with modern facilities and suitably landscaped gardens, all with the aim of providing the highest level of care and to achieve the optimal wellbeing of its residents.
Following on from the success of the previous Graham Care developments, the Woodchurch House site was procured with the intention of obtaining planning permission for a new care facility based on the unique care suite model. The site was occupied by a derelict public house formerly known as the “Stone Bridge Inn” as well as two other smaller derelict houses.
